whole class teaching
In Whole Class Teaching, we deliver lessons so that children can learn an instrument as a whole class. This is often the first access to a musical instrument for pupils. All offers last for 35 weeks from September to July. We provide the instrumental teachers, instruments and music resources needed. A wide choice of instruments are available.

SMALL GROUP LESSONS
We provide small group or one to one tuition for KS1-5. Lessons run for 35 weeks and the package is taught in 15, 20 or 30 minute sessions. If costs are being passed to parents/carers the price reduces depending on the number of pupils learning. Numbers are capped to 6 students maximum for 30 minute sessions and 3 for 20 minute lessons. We also provide extra curricular activities. These include 1 x 30/45 minutes lunch time or after school sessions for 30 weeks.

Ensembles
Ensembles are offered to any children who play an instrument post 1 year of whole class lessons or have prior experience. We also offer an advanced ensemble for young people who are at grade 5 or over. All ensembles last for 30 weeks per year and performances are scheduled once per term to allow our students opportunties for growth and a stage to celebrate achievements.

INSTRUMENT HIRE
Hire of instruments, if required, is an option within this service for a small charge of £48 for the year.

workshops
We offer regular workshops both for free and for a fee. These include DJ-ing; and opportunities to learn and perform with our partners ranging from the Royal Opera House, Barbican, LSO, Barking and Dagenham Carnival and local music venues, to name just a few. These offers arrive and change regularly and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
